Q: What is Oakley’s e-mail address?
A: CustomerCare@Oakley.com
Q: I need directions to your headquarters?
A: Click here for directions to Oakley’s Interplanetary Headquarters.
Q: Can I get polarized lenses in my non-polar glasses?
A: Oakley Polarized lenses are made thicker than standard or Iridium coated lenses. Due to the thickness of the lens, frames are made to fit around polarized lenses. Polarized lenses would not properly fit into frames that are intended for standard or Iridium lenses.
Q: Can I change the color of my glasses?
A: Oakley offers a wide variety of color combinations of both frames and lenses. We ask that our customers carefully select the right one for him/her before committing to the purchase. For warranty purposes, we offer part for part and cannot change the color of the frames. Please contact Oakley’s Customer Service for more information here.
